This third grade math resource includes printable and digital math centers that give your third graders practice creating bar graphs and interpreting data from graphs!
Included in this resource:
- 3 math centers to engage students in practice of CCSS 3.MD.3: Graphing and data
Ice Cream Sales Graph: Students will look at a picture of ice cream scoops sold from an ice cream truck. Then, they will create a bar graph. 4 differentiated graph options are included. Student recording sheet included for accountability.
Pizza Party Spin-a-Graph: The school is ordering 20 pizzas with one topping each. Students will use a paperclip/pencil and spin to find out how many of each pizza will be ordered and tally the results. Then, they will create a bar graph based on their tally chart. 4 differentiated graph options are included. Student recording sheet included for accountability. (Answer key not included for this center due to variety of answers.)
